About IFU Arena
IFU Arena is a limited company owned by Uppsala Floorball Alliance and Upsala IF Athletics. Floorball and athletics meet here on a daily basis – but so much more happens in our premises. Championships, company parties, meetings and conferences are also arranged here, and the next door neighbor Arenahotellet makes it easy and convenient to stay here.
We´re located next to the highway (E4) only 20 min from Stockholm Arlanda airport which makes it convenient for international guests.

About the facilities
Main floorball arena – Hall A
This hall is primarily used for floorball matches at elite level, but company parties, conferences and larger banquets are also arranged here. The pitch has an area of just over 1,200 square meters and the stands have a capacity for 2,353 seated and approx. 400 standing places for sporting activities.
Other floorball halls – Tell Media Group (B), Upplands Energi (C), DHinox (D) and Gibon (E)
Mainly floorball training and youth games are held here. Each floor has an area of just over 1,100 square meters and the total area for these floors is a whopping 4,530 square meters. There are about 500 seats per hall.
The athletics hall – Hall F
In this modern athletics hall there is a 60 m straight track, a 200 m round track, three jumping pits, two high jump stands, a pole vault stand and spaces for indoor throwing events. In the adjacent premises, there is also a 130 meter long running track and a gym. The athletics facilities have an impressive total area of 10,000 square meters and the grandstand has approximately 900 seats. There is also the possibility of building an extra and temporary grandstand around the 200-meter track.
Corporate events
IFU Arena is the perfect place if you want to have a corporate event – big or small. It can be a conference with related activities, a banquet/dinner with plate service or buffet, a large product launch or a mix of different parts.
We have organized everything from the pleasant mingle to festive banquets with stage and entertainment. Our premises are well suited for parties from 200 up to 3,000 people and we are one of the few players in Uppsala and the surrounding area who can offer this for parties of over 1,000 people – in one and the same premises!
Do you have a ready-made theme for your event or do you need help brainstorming ideas and possibilities – no matter what, together we will create a unique arrangement for you!
We offer a flexible arena and hosting is our expertise!
In connection with the arena, there are also 800 parking spaces, an outdoor arena for athletics, four indoor ice hockey pitches, an indoor bandy pitch and a racket sports arena.
That’s why the area is called Gränby Sports Field!
